Shipping Policy
Cape Fear Holdings LLC sells digital products, downloadable guides, software-related manuals, workflow templates, implementation materials, and service-based digital resources. We do not ship physical goods.
Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, customers will receive access to the purchased digital product through the order confirmation page, email delivery, or a secure download link. Delivery may include PDF manuals, templates, worksheets, implementation guides, digital files, or access instructions.
Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment. In some cases, delivery emails may take up to 24 hours due to payment review, email filtering, or technical processing.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, no physical package will be shipped. Customers will not receive a tracking number unless a specific physical shipment is separately agreed in writing.
Incorrect Email or Access Issues
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout. If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first.

Each digital product includes access to our support community and up to 30 days of guidance related to the purchased manual, templates, product setup, workflow planning, and general implementation questions.
This guidance is intended to help customers understand and apply the purchased materials. It does not include custom software development, guaranteed business results, legal advice, financial advice, or unlimited consulting unless separately agreed in writing.
Failed Delivery
If a download link does not work or a file cannot be accessed, we will make reasonable efforts to resend the product or provide an alternate access method.
